Return or Refund Policy

Shoppingdesk.pk is building relationships with its customers and because of it, we are providing reliable refund policy to satisfy our customers regarding the services of online shopping in Pakistan.

  • 1) If the customer receives a damaged, malfunctioned or wrong product, it can avail the return and refund policy.
  • 2) Return or refund request will be considered as invalid if the customer claimed it after 3 days. So, claim it within 3 days.
  • 3) If the customer received a damaged product, it should send the product back to us so that we will proceed further within 2 to 3 days. Our technical team will first examine and verify the damaged product before proceeding of return or refund.
  • 4) If the customer receives malfunctioned products, it needs to provide us complete details within 3 days of delivery. We will then share all the details with our supplier and confirm the validity within 5 to 10 days.
  • 5) Before using any electronic product, make sure to not plugin any 110V electronic appliance into 220V socket. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide any refund or return option to the customer.
  • 6) There is completely no refund or return policy for the following Items:-
    • Books
    • Apparel Items
    • Software
    • Video Games
    • DVD’s & CD’s
    • Items with Tag “This product is not eligible for returns”
    • Product missing the Serial number or UPC
